SCACF, a dynamic and reliable firm, is one of the most important com- panies of coffins in Euro- pe. It has at the present a staff of 135 emplo- yees and extends over 915.000 square feet of which 323.000 square feet are under cover. The experience acquired since 1966 and the highly qualified staff combined with the use of modern technologies enable the firm to meet the requi- rements of about 2.000 funeral companies from all over the world with a yearly production of 75.000 coffins comple- tely made in solid wood. The search, the planning of new lines and the at- tention to detail in the handmade intaglio and in the ornaments make SCACF’s products uni- que and precious.
A standard production of 100 models of coffins built in different kinds of
high quality wood co- ming from all over the world and a rich line of fittings to embellish the coffins and to perso- nalize them depending on the customer ’s taste and requirements make SCACF a leading firm in the market of funeral coffins and heighten its Made in Italy. In 2010 a photovoltaic system of 2350 s.m., equal to 200 k.w., has been realized on the coverage of the wood warehouse.
The company will spend the electric energy de- veloped by the pv sy- stem for its needs. SCACF is satisfied to have realized an inno- vative work like this, that will take benefits both in terms of energy saving and of environmental protection, showing that its activity of production of more than forty years can compete with the best and more advan- ced industrial techni- ques.
